Thanks! What did you mean so i know what I did right lol.I felt like the smoke ring was small for the length it was on. It looks proportional but the piece of meat was small. I actually threw it on right after starting the egg and let it slowly smoke as the temp came up. Looking online it seems that is considered "bad smoke" but the egg smokes so little I did it to get extra. Going to try to do a pork butt this week. Probably an over night cook. Mine is always burned on the outside and the meat looks so moist even though it looks like the fat cap is gone.

With a couple layers it would be ok. I know it doesn't come close to fitting now with just the shell now.
