I was please with my redwings. I had them for 5 years and had 3 full seasons worth of crazy hard work in them and then a bunch of knock around and regular construction work. I finally gave up when the soles were getting worn out because of a couple pinholes in the side made them no longer waterproof. If I purchased those new ballance I would get 2-3 months out of them, but in a shop for someone your size they are probably perfect.

Correction I couldn't put them on in a normal way. I got them sumsabitches on.

I hate the logistics of my job. I love consultive work. I want, and therefore need, more money. I have no education and feel Fuckng trapped. I killed my personal budget for the week in one sale today. Feels really good as it has been a tough couple weeks, labor day weekend aside. However we also didn't have a strong labor day weekend. I'm outselling my store manager, but the truth is we are either doing poorly as a team and I am just doing less poorly, or the expectations are way way too high.
