Made my own broth for Udon soup but used some pot stickers. Fucking amazing. Dried shiitakes and some Wakame. I with the Wakame didn't mush up so much. Even if I add it dry to the bowl at the end it's a bit mushy by the time it's cook enough to eat.

I read about the clip... I looked for the clip, I though I found it..... But I couldn't pull the housing out. Mine might have been frozen in place. But yeah, you are right, I remember not being able to pull the clip.
