We went to go try fresh pasta... But neither of us got a fresh pasta dish. Wife is gone this week.... I will probably go back alone or find a buddy for a dude date. DOH. I will say I could eat 4-5 of their small plates. Depending on richness. One egg yolk ravioli is perfect for that dish though. Anymore would ruin it's specialness. I soaked up every drop with bread. Funny part is I spent less there than when I am dragged to olive garden. I could have got an extra 2 dishes and been about even and I didn't have to drink to make it tolerable.

If 60 degrees is the temperature where the cheese is warm lovely and the yolk spills like thick cloying happiness into brown butter, then yes.Yolk may be my favorite ingredient in general. It's up there with bacon. Best condiments ever. I didn't try anying wild. I have never had sweet breads, or urchin(that I can remember) or fois gras.and I didn't even see the scallops on the menu. I was real upset when I saw the woman next to me get them. LoL almost...ALMOST ordered it after desert and coffee.
