Udon is like magical heaven to me. I love good soba too..... but udon is so comforting. It combines good taste with my childhood love of ramen.

Pasta doesn't NEED to be fresh for me to enjoy it. But it helps in a lot of cases. You cannot get the same tooth with fresh. It is dish sensitive however. You enjoy Asian noodle dishes from dried noodles Sean? I know you like udon, as do I. I never made my miso as I didn't have any udon and that made me not want to make it. LoL

Do want, bad. CLS has no room in it, can't imagine the CLAI had to fold in half to get in. It was ok once inside.... but getting in was stupid. I LOVE the BMW M6 seats. Currently my favorites. The AMG seats in the ML are pretty sweet as well. Generally speaking soft seats suck, but support is key. The Volvo XC60 also has great seats.GM's are the worst, by far. Amusingly I was in the seat design group yesterday and that is what they told me Usually I say AMG is better than BMW. But even the "old" m6 seats were nice. I am an extremely broad guy though and AMG is usually better. Odly enough Porsche seats fit wide guys really well. At least the three 996s were great.

Hmmm you are never too old and you can always catch up another day. That is how I roll. The only time I can catch up is when I have Gavin, and then she just shows up at my door, pretty much naked, so no, I never catch up. I get the craziest salt cravings. This makes me do stupid things. I ate a not so small bag of cheetos tonight. I must be getting sick. And after those move through me I WILL be sick. Maybe my electrolyte levels are just waaaay down. Oj and spinach smoothie and then some miso "broth" and a gallon of water for breakfast are in order I think. Too bad I don't have a banana to thrown in.
