He loses his damn mind. My grandfather swore by liver and chicken gizzards, made it to 95. Frankly, they were just poor AF and it was probably affordable. Great story about my uncle sitting at the table basically overnight because he wouldn't eat it. While I love gizzards I definitely lived in fear that I would be stuck in front of a plate of liver when I stayed there. Thankfully he never tortured his grandkids with quite the same intensity The flavor of beef liver is still hard to love, but the smell of liver and onions is actually comforting now.

We are both large simple drooling beasts. Alpha dogs get the organs and marrow first. Maybe I need to take the hint. I hate liver too. Lol

Jack is so old his teeth are just not doing well. We had to give him an anti inflammatory for his hips and teeth but it was causing him to have accidents. He was having a lot of trouble bending to poop. We had to add raw soft foot to help him get down the dry kibble because of the sore chompers. So I gave him a break for a week, and in 2 days the accidents completely stopped and he started being interested in food again. I've been cooking beef liver and adding it into Jack's diet along with an occasional raw egg and olive oil. The oil really helps the constipation problem and the extra organ meat and egg is helping him get back some muscle mass. Wow, what a difference. I was really thinking we only had weeks left with this guy. He is as happy as can be, albeit tired and in a bit of pain once and a while. First pain med in long time this morning, I think the storm coming in is hitting him as hard as its hitting me. I cant believe the difference. Long story short, I am adding these nasty liver nuggets I make for him to my diet... while i dont know if it's really helping, i lost another 1.5% body fat even though I pigged out all last week. That, the increase in creatine to 10-15 grams a day, and really working on my sleep schedule is making a difference. woot.

What's your brand? I have been using a bag of vanilla from Costco that they dont have anymore I guess. Vitamin shop protien feels good, but I loath every flavor. I'm almost to the point where I cant slam a shake unless it's an RTD and I plug my nose or blend in something to cut the flavor.

I'm stribling to eat enough protien. This sucks... chicken breasts dont even feel like protien anymore. Shakes seem to be better food and I cannot find a flavor that I like anymore. Frustrated AF.

Ya know... people who live hard and fast seem to live a long life. Great grandmother from Polamd made it to 99. Weeks before a hundo. Gramps to 95ish Grams too. She gave me my autoimmune problems. Couldn't open her hands by 30. Meds sucked then. Great depression was a mother fucker. All the soft fuckers seem to kick it young. Might be something to all that. ;-)

@///M5 I just got through some mens health studies where they looked at mens health related to diet, and they dug deep into coffee. A study showed that men who had "boiled" coffee had less problems, specifically prostate cancer/problems much less than filtered coffee. Your tinfoil hat shit about extracted and not having regular filter drip my have some medically provable benefit. I bet the filter keeps out some of the oils and antioxidants and absorb it while just letting methyltheobromine and brown liquid through.
