  1. Now at 30 everything changes. It's nice being strong and sturdy. But I would rather just be flexable and healthy. I have to lift weights to make my back and shoulders and knees strong. If I don't, when I'm 60 I will be immobile. I could eat what I want, when I want and not think so much about food. I wouldn't care about tanning, just keep my skin healthy. Since I have to focus on some of these things though.... I just make the most of it.
  2. Tanning can help with auto immune issues. And that is the nature of my skin condition. Since that condition might be affecting my joints, its possible. Corticosteroids don't do much but stop the itch.... Some will help more but then I risk liver issues and/or immune suppressants. Neither sounds fun to me. I once had an issue about using a corticosteroid for too long. Had horrible liver values.
  3. It's almost impossible for me to reliably get Sun on my knees with any kind of intensity. In a tanning bed I can control exactly the intensity and duration. And I can hike the shorts up in the booth to a level that I wouldn't want to in public.
  4. That's right. I remember now. I am still in shock how fast one tanning session has helped my knee. When it hurts every day like it does, and now its hurting way less... Wow. Just so cool. If it helps with my joints at all I will be so excited.
  5. I liked both posts, but want to see it again. So weird. The British flag panties girl is gone..... Oh well.
  6. I like energy drinks. They are my cold alternative to espresso.
  7. You called me little If the size 14 fits...... Only with a shoe horn and it'll probably hurt In the 5 fingers you got in there though right?
  8. My last regular laser hair removal appointment is done. I was able to go tanning today. In addition to getting dark, in one session my psoriosis is already better. Good day.
  9. You called me little If the size 14 fits......
  10. I want to taste some of those sexy...... Rockstar energy drinks I saw in the tent.....
  11. You don't have to be a ninja Aaron. They don't mind.
  12. it's tea time somewhere...
  13. LOL And then the German's and Italian's have their own too. J ....yes, but much much smaller.:-D
  14. Sounds a bit like my current unit. Last Officer in charge went bald (just now getting his hair back without any rogaine), last NCO in charge had a stroke. J J J, I have to say that 6 year's ago you could never have made me believe stress was so lethal. Up until I was fired and lost 30 pounds without trying really.... I never would have believed it. I thrive in healthy stress. I need the stimulus, but in that kind of negative stress I was really just digging my own grave.
