They'll ship whatever you order. Most restaurants don't order fresh. Generally speaking fresh fish isn't always the best choice anyways. I am all for sustainable fishing which regularly means freezing. That of course is just fine as long as it's done right. The Bristol Bay crab legs are the exact example of this. Processed on the boat, cooked on the boat, frozen on the boat, never thawed and re-frozen. If that is done to fish as well it is regularly a better product than what is served as "fresh". Crab yes, but muscles oysters and fish freeze well? I.can't imagine it would make for good .sashimi

Shooting bags are great, you can use them on the butt or the front. Whatever you need. I would get a one of the 10 series if I looked at savage. Check out their website and watch their little video propaganda. The accustock thing is a bit cheesy but the trigger and the barrel nut idea are tits. And the barrel nut thing makes it cheeper to manufacture. Both cheeper and more user friendly than the classic style! I'm thinking of going with savage myself or a complete custom set up. Sako/Tikka are good. Accuracy International is commonly regarded as the uber brand. They just cost your first born child.

Shot guns are a little weird. I love them and I don't all at the same time. A 12 gauge shell with some #4 or something will put a big red hole in someone from across the living room and won't go through walls so easily. Nothing makes a guy piss themselves like a slide on a pump action. They are so versatile with all the types of rounds..... And they catch birds and bunnies Damn good. Awesome snake charmer too. Good for.taking off padlocks or opening your deadbolt if you forgot your key. In a firefight unless I had that AA-12 or the other guy had a .22 I would MUCH rather have a battle rifle or at least an SMG.

I think the .308 is one of the best battle gun rounds ever. It's not the most awesome for sniping, and it restricts how much you can carry next to .223 but it is fucking effective in bridging the gap between light pray and pray and high energy sniping. There is a fantastic m14 variant that sets it up in a bull pup design. Beta mag on that and you have a shit load of fire power that will put a whoopin on light armor at better distance and will whack with more stank up close than the .223

Sean I was having a discussion with a friend about seafood here.... Correct me if I am wrong but doesn't coastal ship in fresh packed on ice fish/seafood? Was positive they did, however my friend said that a guy he knew who worked for the dtelivery service that they used for some of the restaurants claimed it all to be frozen.
