Welcome to the IHoP
I hope you have the egg going then. Nope. I drove the room mate to WI to clean the gutters from his grand parents cabin. They moved into a home and needed a hand. I wanted to meet his gpaw. He was a ww2 vet like my gramps. He helped with the building of one of the largest memorials in the US, called the high ground. It was a beautiful view. Really cool guy.

Have to take the cat to the vet. Apparently blood is apparently NBD for a cat. I know if I pissed blood, after I woke up from fainting I would call 911. Hopefully I would not have hit my head while fainting.

Gas, induction or GTFO for range tops.- Welcome to the IHoP
I was thinking 300-350, let me know how your bird turns out. I plan on doing mine thursday. Even with the heat spike and only a 30 min brine soak its one. Of the best turkeys I've ever had. A special brine? I used a healthy dose of worchestershire, a little soy, a little salt, some rosemary Brown sugar and a lemon cut in half. And onion powder. Due to such a short brine, I used a long thin syringe to inject the brine. I rubbed under and over the skin with a garlic, sage, and thyme butter. Stuffed the bird with a half onion and a couple lemons. Awesome.- Welcome to the IHoP
Me too. My wife didn't want me to brine at first as She thought he mom didn't. Then we talkekd. To her mom and boom, it was ok.- Welcome to the IHoP

I'm sure a properly fried bird would be great. Frying is a really great cooking method but doing it right is tough to do without really good equipment.- Welcome to the IHoP
3 different recipes said 350. I'm going for that. I haven't looked too deep into cook temp. Just internal temp. I do know slower is better with birds in almost every application.- Welcome to the IHoP
Lol. Red heads, or just a bad infection?- Welcome to the IHoP
Lol. For 3 months surfing my kitchen remodel we only had the BGE and an electric tea kettle to boil water.- Welcome to the IHoP
Yeah. I vacuumed it out recently even.
