Part of the reason I had to listen to the company lawyers. The convorsation will never happen in the reverse. When I first onboarded I spoke with my director about how some of the women made me feel akward and had some comments that if I said the reverse about women I would be sued. He said "welcome to health care" I'm not down about this instance though. The job was not for me. More work, probably no more pay or title, and again... more work. And the work would be quite clerical. Might be time to start applying in a different company. If I do though it probably won't be for another year untill after I'm 100% vested. It would be throwing many thousands away to leave early here.

No doubt. 99% chance it was a female applicant. I don't feel the sexist pains often here, but sometimes when I apply internally I get that "feeling".
