I did a standing rib roast mahself. WINNER. Only went through 3 bones in though. But thats awesome. I'll season the rest of that bad boy like crazy like an italian beef roast and have the most epic of lunch meat EVER!!!!!!1!!

an XL egg would be epic. I'm going to say something bold and it's that the egg is the best cooking device made. Seans metal covered egg is gilding the lilly, and awesome, but the BGE is cheep and works like magic.
