I posted this over at HOTS but thought I would here as well.... I badly need(audio from TV is becomeing too much to deal with) some audio processing in my living room and my bedroom. I also need at least 2 chan for these aplications. For the living room I have a PS3 and cable. Bedroom is just a BRD player. I would like to feed audio from my home server/pc to the livingroom, and maybe the bedroom. I'm not sure how much receiver I should be buying.... I have an integra that doesn't have HDMI but has optical. I guessed that one for the bedroom. For the living room though the W wants to plug in her ipod, and then she saw that some of them have DNLA and can run pandora etc. As for speakers...... I could break up the energy RC 5 chan system I have 3 for the livingroom and then the bookshelves for the bedroom..... Or I buy 4 new speakers....

I haven't updated this in too long. I have been having great results. I'm switching to phase 2 of this plan. I felt I was platauing on the modified keto diet for the moment and instead of letting that pass I wanted to jump start the whole exercise thing. I'll be setting up a workout plan this week while going to the gym to asses where I can start out and what I should expect. I had my first carbs/sugars on sunday. Pie, icecreme, some blood orange juice. A sandwich. It was epic. Not as great as I wanted it all to be as I was disorganized and I'm dealling with really really bad pain from what ever it is they can't figure out. I decided to just push through it all weekend though and help my cousin move. 300+ miles in a car in 2 days was less than ideal but I lived. I refuse to grab the measuring tape right now because of all the bloat. I went from loose fitting shorts/pants to stretching like crazy in a couple hours. My fam said I looked like I lost some lbs though.

I use Faber-Castell and Micron brand pens at work for stencils. Rollerball or fountain? I use the fountain. Both brands use india ink, which is what kind of ink my hectogragh machine needs to work. These pens are loved by many of artists. I will check it out. I was also sue india ink and fountain pens didn't work together because of the thicker constiancy and particulate in india ink. Thanks for the tip though. I miss having a slightly heavier writing tool that takes no pressure. And for some reason I like them. I hope I don't turn into some weird guy spending too much money on effed up old pens that sit in cases.

No such thing as fresh crab unless you are a fisherman. It starts to deteriorate REALLY, REALLY fast so it is always cooked and frozen asap. The best in fact is cooked and frozen on the boat. Bristol Bay FTMFW!! Either way, you should NEVER eat at a Red Lobster, fucking terrible. I think there was a time my mother used to buy them live... I remember live lobster and crab from my childhood. MMmmmmMmm

I love how they write. At least my old one. I tried a cheepy and a disposable and it was more like scratching paper with a tool that just happened to leave ink too.

Are there any pen guys here? Penophiles? That sounds absolutely horrible.... anyway, it may sound a bit stupid but I want a fountain pen. It wrote so great. I grew up using one and I cannot find anything like it. They all seam insanely expencive, or sucky and scratchy.
