seriously though you have the right idea... weekends and evenings. I could actually go to a minimum of 20 hours a week here and still keep benefits and get pension vesting, and work that on the side.

lol If only it was that simple. My day 5 rotates (not on a regular schedule). It's kind of a, "when I'm needed most", type situation. 90% of the time it's thursday or friday though. Nothing here is simple....

My cousin works for the "best selling team in MN" so they say. If I could get in there.... They specialize in homes that would be good for renting.

If you can make it now, you can always make it. This thursday I plan to take care of a judgement holding me back from getting loans. After that I can start buying property for renting. If I change my carrear to real estate I can claim a higher amount of depreciation on my taxes for the homes I rent as the majority of my income would be from realestate itself.
