ECA Ephedra Cafffeine asprin(usually white willow bark) 32 mg, 100-300mg, 81mg this was seen as optimal for fat loss and had low side effects/heart palpitations etc.,

beleive it or not, a couple shots of HOT espresso and hot shower will help a ton too.

Sean you want to dry it up. Ephedra or some ephedra like compound. Pseudaphed works for most, but it makes me super high. I do not like it. Anything that is a branchio dialator, and vaso constrictor. Asprin sometimes helps too, and vitamin C helps to thin the mucus also. For a mix of drugs in one I always like alkaseltzer cold anf flu. It's the only thing that works on my sinus's especially if they are messed up due to allergies and an infection at once.

I do LOVE my dacor... if I wasn't such a freak, I would take it above anything else. If you have a knob on top cook top, I don't think there is better. Maybe even from blue star or wolf. I like this one way more than I did those. I wanted knob on top when I purchased, as I am sure my wife would knock into the knobs if they came out from the counter.

18,000 BTU burner isn't a slouch either. In retrospect, I would get something more comercial oriented though, and less "pretty", or go with some bad ass induction top. I'm scared of the glass, and if I ever used non magnetic pans.

The damn stainless is "bead blasted" to make it easir to clean. It helpes because you don't have to follow "grain". It seams to stick badly though. I got fed up scrubbing after getting it 90% there. Took 2 times scrubbing, and around the knobs is a PITA. When it's clean though not only is it gorgeous the knobs light up. Sounds stupid but a nice feature for simmer when you can't see the flame.

I love my dacor, but it's a PITA to clean, and I wish I would have gone with a full 6 burner blue star comercialish cook top.
