  2. Crypto currency. The Tor and Dark webs way of disrupting the big brothers eyes on how money flows. You can use your computer to "mine " coins. Basically your computer prints some really uncrackable code out into this shared economy. You then have a share. Usually a small small partial share at this point. Why should you care? Because if you had been on the ground level and mined even a "few" coins of bitcoin, you would be stupid wealthy. They almost traded at $20k a bitcoin the other day.

  5. Holy shit. I can actually start stretching my psoas a tiny bit on my own now. Every time I am effective my nose runs instantly and my entire GI system starts making noise.

  22. It's impressive here. Off the lake it must be louder still.
  23. Saturday evening I was sore. Yesterday morning I spent 3 hours trying to wiggle my toes. This morning.... I'm about to do yoga without a warm up. No rhyme or reason.
  24. Endorphins alone are going to make you feel better. And the circulation. Every second is better than no seconds. The weather change has me crippled. I decided it's not worth it. Took my pain meds and now I can finally stretch out myself.
  25. I can't do those core work outs and stretches front to back right now at all Sean. For the record. Let me find the yoga flow I'm working on to help my pelvic tilt. I actually question one of the moves in it But, it's so good overall that I'm really trying it.
