  1. between the range of 120dB to 155dB
  2. Its really clean but the front bumper is weird with the gap in the middle.
  3. If you cannot afford the level 5 then take a look at the level4 xl or the level4 with level 5 coils. I have 3k going to my level 4 with level 5 coils. Daily and competition for me as well. But I am just giving you more options.
  4. haha. I know, man. I do sanding between any coats.
  5. It was like 50 bucks for a quart to match. I hope it will match well on MDF.
  6. Just primed it. The port will stay black and the whole box will be metallic red like the 05 mustang GTs.
  7. yes its better to have it than not because you don't want air leaks at all. Unless you're a god at building the tightest box, I'd use caulk on all seams. And tite bond 2 ftw! O and nice choice of subs. Remember to stay within the specs of Fi maybe right in the middle or on the lower end with more power. They are pretty strict.
  8. haha, my meter reads that without any ho alternator but only when the car is first turned on. yeah but keep that running hot and have current to back it up
  9. meh buddy had a mechman that didn't do anything at idle.
  10. check out my sig and then call DC Power.
  11. tell him what you want to do and he's going to tell you how it is and what you need exactly no more.
  12. Red paint to cover the outside of the box to match a 05 mustang gt and the port will get another coat of black.
  13. Even with two it would be cutting it close to go ported unless you use aeros. I'd go sealed with your listening preferences but Sundown says that the sa-8s are not optimal in sealed.
  14. Weird, why would they give anything for the SA-8? Its not even from their company.
  15. Cool, your about an hour away from me. But yeah there is a MECA show in Frankfort and a lot of the local guys are going to be there. I thought I may just tell you as its only an hour from you as well.
  16. What you do is measure from the center of the port down its length. If the 45s are little then it doesn't change anything. Where are you in KY again?
  17. that's a stupid statement about best to 3rd best. Different subs for different goals buddy.
  18. Or if you ever want to run more power to them.
  19. Good job. But is it just me or is the rear deck flexing too much? I may be seeing something else.
  20. 1.5 max for ported and a single 4" aero is fine. Stay within Fi's specs. It will do you good.
  21. "rubberized adhesive" is what people selling asphalt call asphalt when they don't want to say "asphalt" Misleading as hell but it's asphalt. At least they stopped saying it was butyl. PM this guy and tell him the space you have and what you want to stop and he will tell you exactly what you need, no more or less. PS- if you couldn't tell from Rudy's sig, he's Don, the ower of SDS.
