  1. Actually, I take that back about the 10" SSD. If you really wanted to go with a 12" SSD, then you can use a 4" aeroport and you can fit a good size box in there. Maybe around 2 cubes. I have worked with both a 2002 mustang and a 2005 mustang GT. Their trunk opening gets smaller and smaller. lol.
  2. The sundown won't be less stress on your electricals because it does what it says at a lower voltage. And OP did you not consider the amp I said?
  3. actually, do because I am waiting lol. Just let me know when I can order the recone kit.
  4. I don't have much experience with the SSDs... j/k. I vote for 10" SSD, copper coils, and bp option. Put it in 1.25 net tops if you are going to give it more than 1000 watts. Going with a 10" sub would be easier to fit your box into the mustang trunk. I hate those trunk openings unless you build the box inside the trunk. Going with a 10 and bigger port opening might get you louder than going with a 12 SSD in minimal box with small opening.
  5. Its because they are worth repairing while others are cheaper to just get a new one. If you are considering the MB Quart 1500D, then take a look at the Audiopipe AP1500D. $160 shipped. They do rated power.
  6. I'd go with the 2 6" if you have room for the length of the port. Also, you said you wanted port area not volume in the title. Volume has 3 dimensions while area has two.
  7. Well, the carpet was put on and I just installed it with everything else in the customer's SUV. This thing got loud. He had to go quick so I just set the gain about 5 minutes of turn and then set the subsonic in the 30hz and told him not to turn it up past half way yet. It still got loud.
  8. Well let's just say that I got one for my girlfriend and her Mach5 iXL, one for this customer, one for the next customer to power two AA Assassins, and I also convinced the other customer with the JL 12" W3 to get one as well.
  9. Man, didn't know that the area of a circle wasn't general knowledge.
  10. wow $5/ft. Monster products must have the jizz zeus.
  11. I tried it with firefox again, then explorer 8 and its doing the same thing.
  12. carpet, tan to match the car.
  13. 1.5 cubic foot tuned to 35hz. The SSD is the older 08 style with copper coils and BP option. The sub is going to be powered by an ap1500d at 2 ohms in a trailblazer.
  14. yes. I think I may have to try with internet explorer.
  15. I just tried to get a recone for a BL and it wouldn't go through, it goes to a blank page and has the price for the shipping and thats it. It didn't connect to paypal yet. Is it just me?
  16. Man, with 4k, you know how many of the ********* **3000**s you can get. lol.
  17. Hehe funny you say something about the AP because I got the owner to get an ap1500d. But yeah, it wouldn't like the ap30001d very much. There's going to be two other builds coming with the ap1500d. Both at 2 ohms just like this one. Also, sorry for the grainy pictures. The iphone has a shitty camera. BIG TIP - Use a brand new blade every time you work with carpet or you will get shitty edges. I had to strip the whole box because my blade wasn't new and I thought I could finish the box with it. I gotta get a blade sharpener or something.
  18. This is for someone else. I am competing with my SA-12
  19. use aero ports from psp-inc. They have a calculator
