I could careless if they are afraid of some of their ideas lekaing out on the web.. the point was is they treated me poorly.. i switched to Audioque and DJ the owner has even given me inside tips of some new subs they are still "testing" i talk to DJ almost every day and he assures me i will not be disappointed in my decision.. thats customer service right there.. and AQ even holds the record for 2 10's hitting i think a 155.4 but dont quote because i cant remember the actual score

I have exactly 5 employees 2 floor-managers and 3 instalers, Im sure i dont get busy like Fi because i dont manufacture speakers, however im certain i get busier than Fi on the side of what my work is.. i practically have 3 full months of customers booked and getting complete systems

HaHa... im 22 and the questions i was asking was simple maybe 2 or 3 word answers.. and im sure i have given Fi a little more business after i instaled my 2 12's pratically everyone at my shop bought some Fi's... i have about 3 other employees that feel the same way i do

I own a car audio shop in Penrose, Colorado TnT Sounds.. and beings im the only audio shop within 30miles from another one we get the business like no other... I'm sure they are busy but even at my busiest times i still make time to give courtesy calls to my customers.. I'm sure if my name was Steve Meade I would get some excellent customer service

i have sent to probably close to 50 emails for almost a motnh now and i have only got one email saying they are still testing the new BTL's...Ihad many questions and none of them got answered...may sound kind of dumb but i feel i should at least get a decent email back saying something other than they are still testing them

Wow. Pretty logical idea to buy a sub based on how it looks. Maybe you should sell your Fi's and get some A-bombs. There is a protocol for communication that if you follow you will get a response as well. :( Hmm... well lets see.. if you FULLY read my post you will see it says "Scott or no one is replying to my emails" and therefore i feel that after I already spent about $1,000 on speakers I would at least get the decency of a returned email or something, beings i was going to be ordering some new ones when my questions got answered... but i get nothing in return, worst $1K ever waisted in my life (customer service is supposed to be 100% in my book).. but just like every other high-end company out there, all they care about is the dollar from the consumer

im looking for neither.. it was going to be for my store pickup and is a daily driver, and my boxes are designed to be ungodly loud to the ear and move a ton of air. but after Rusty emailed me some prices i think im going to have to pass on DC

Why is the magnet so small? Is that what all the new BTL's will look like? even fully loaded?

What do you guys think about that? A good switch or should i stick with the BTL's? But either way im wanting to change my 12's to some 15's.. so its between the new BTL 15's or new lvl 5 15's

i currently have 2 12" BTL's each powered by a kicker zx2500 and a kinetik hc2000 for each amp and the big 3 done and i hit 154.6 on the new term lab... i have pix of my setup in the general forum its under new setup....not quite finished...go with the BTL's i know you will be happy and get a box design from peter kulicki at hexibase.com he built mine and its the loudest chit i ever heard

pete said the box is effecient all the way down to 30hz but for the saftey of the subs i need to set the SSF for 35... all i know is i have never heard 12's hit such low notes in my life... they can play tones 15's have trouble playin

get it fully loaded bro.... if i were you i would talk to peter kulicki former owner of team toxic bass... his website is www.hexibase.com and he has a forum and quote recuest for a box design blueprint..... i would go on there and talk to him... i have had all my boxes designed by him and then built by me and i was happy with every one... i currently have one from him called a bass reflex or mass coupling box and i hit 157 on the new term lab with 2 12" BTL's and its a daily driver... he charges only 50$ to make a full out blueprint on how to build the box he is the best box builder i know... once you hear one of his boxes you will be amazed... they are so much better than regular generic ported boxes..

does anyone know if you can get Fi car audio shirts from them or big stickers or hats and such... i just want a lot of clothing and stickers do they sale any??

i got an Fi BTL 12 fully loaded and i want to know what the best size of wire would be for the sub... im pushing roughly 2600 watts rms to it... so what woulod be the best that way i dont fry my tinsel leads.... 12ga, 16ga etc....??
