  1. it does but it wont change the size of the box need. if it does it will be minimal

    alls i can say about my amp is fosgate t1500 1801 rms going to 2 ssd 10s it pound like a mofo

  8. i have around 9in bottom depth and 3in top depth and 53in wide 22in tall but i want to cut out a slot for my amp that is 14in long and like 9in tall and 2 1/4in deep those numbers can change a little bit but i wouldnt like them to. i plugged all those numbers into the 12 volt and it came to 2.75 cubes before disp. thats where i get confused.
  9. im looking to port my 2 10in ssds in my standard cab truck was wondering what the mleast amount of airspace i would need after all disp. more less i dont know what to tune it to and i dont know if i should use a slot port or a round. if someone can figure out some dimensions for me that would be greatly apprieciated. they are powered by a t1500

  11. 4 gauge is way too big for speakers use some 10 or 12
  12. i wasnt trying to be an ass. there are people who have done this on s10s but they have cut the back of the wall and used a flat piece of steel but the s10s have ribs on the back of the cab. do the dakotas have ribs or anything like that? i think it will work but it obviously depends on what subs you are putting in there do to the flexing.

  15. the battery wont fit in the stock location. if i am correct you have a s series? if so is it bagged,and do you have new fenders up front? if you do you can make it fit but if not then you are going to have a little trouble. he said he has an upgraded alt but you will most definetly need 2 of them and use the second one stricly for the amp but everyone with that amp has atleast 2 batts for the amp

  18. i had a kicker 750 it did 871 so i think it would be perfect for the ssd
  19. or you could gt the power 500x1 that should ge you around 800 to 1000 watts
  20. its pretty much a hit and miss some of the old chit they are out of but most of the newer stuff they have. but you will ned to call them and ask they are cool and will help you out
  21. i bought my fosgate t1500 from them and they were fast and cool to deal with. they hve a year warranty and they stick to it. i got some cvrs from them and thy blew and they took them back and sent me some new ones in like 2 weeks. so yea go with them they will treat you nice
  22. i have a s10 standard cab and was wondering if i will hear alot of motor noise from the 2 10in ssds if i mount them in between the seats inverted or should i just mount them behind the seats
