  1. Ight well how would I be able to know what causes them to cut out? Or maybe it is a safety feature on crossover
  2. The fosgates are coo but they tend to cut out at high volume. I'm not sure if it's speakers or amp. But I was thinking of going two pwx in each door along with ft1 tweets.
  3. Ok I was thinking of replacing my current mid bass drivers, which are rockford fosgates t2652-s. They are a component set. I was looking in to the crescendo pwx 6"s would this be a good upgrade? If so what kind of amplifier would I need for them? I currently have the fosgate t400.4
  4. would I just disconnect the front neg or does it have to be both?
  5. ok so my trunk dementions are w36" H16" D32". So can a good ported box be built. Thanks for any info
  6. Really when I first got them they were at 12.7
  7. Ok thanks I think they supposed to rest at 12.7 so if I do charge them I just disconnect the negs. Will it charge both at same time if I hook up the front one?
  8. Yea they been in the car for about 2 months now I have a HO alt every thing seems good, just wondering cuz when I got the batteries (brand new) it said to top them off every once in a while im not completly sure if that is necessary. If it is do I leave them in car and charge them or do I have to pull them out?
  9. I looked in the fourms on how to do it but couldent find exactly what is needed. I have 2 xsd3400 batts. One underhood and other in the trunk. What would be my best option in charging them?
  10. Well they aint too much louder than what the stock speakers were unpowered
  11. Im having an issue with my mids and highs cutting out when turned up to higher volumes. I dont know if its a problem with the install or a problem with the equipment it self. But I do know that it should be able to be louder than what it is without cutting out. I got Rockford t2s and a Rockford t400.4 any advice?
  12. Well I really dont know all the measurements inside of trunk and it will be quite a bit of work to remove the current box because it takes up entire trunk, which is an 05 Pontiac grand prix, box was built in two pieces just to fit in trunk. My box guy was saying only way to get enough space would be to come in to back seating area to get the 4ft3 needed for each sub opt ported enclosure.
  13. Ok I got my new install done which consist of 2 15 xcons facing cabin in a sealed box, ran off a crescendo BC 3500. My question is will it be a significant gain in output if I go with a ported box instead. Only reason we went sealed was shortage in trunk space given space we had enough for opt sealed enclosure. Any info?
