Made some potato salad tonight for the grilling session tomorrow during the KU football game. Have four steaks, cheddar brats, and silly veggie burgers for my little sister to throw on.

I walked onto my back porch earlier tonight and thought I walked into a real-life arachnophobia movie. I was surrounded by at least 15-20 spiders. Went right to the store and bought some raid. Outdoor fresh scent. It's a fairly large bottle but I used 3/4 before I was done spraying the back porch and the front door area. I almost can't wait for it to get cold just so that they go away, and hopefully not into my house.

You don't want the port to be that long of a rectangle. The general rule is to keep the ratio under 1:9 for width:length. If you use aeroports you won't have to use as much port area, which will make the ports shorter. I'd venture to say that you could get away with three 4" aeroports. Try that for port length and see if it will fit in the box.

I've never really seen ports to the side have the best results. Did you get this idea from somewhere, or is it just for looks or fitting purposes? You may also not want to have the amplifier attached to the box. Vibrations can damage the amplifier. With a super nice amp like a 3000d I wouldn't risk it.

The 12 should be fine in sealed. Fi recommends .8-1.5, so you should be around .88 or so and on the low end of the spectrum, but it'll play fine. The only difference is how low it will be able to play. It can play lower with a larger box volume. Polyfill will likely help.
