  1. Something kind of crazy happened here. I dont ever recall doing an enclosure with some PR's. Then I did 2 today, haha. Both are the exact same specs, except this one chose to add a double baffle. Onto the pics...
  2. Yea Im waiting on the vinyl before I finish assembly. It shipped out Friday, so once it gets here I will finish assembly, then carpet it. After that, I will cut the plexi to fit, and off to get it CNC'ed.
  3. Not sure on the weight exactly. I might try to get it on a scale today. Andrew, Im hoping to get going on your box today. So keep checking back on here for the log. We have never had a complain with the the bracing causing any sort of port noise. Window bracing, IMO, is the BEST form of bracing for weight to overall strength.
  4. Sounds great! No job too big or too small Haha, I know dats' right. Pics uploading...
  5. Little update with no pics at the moment... This beast will be completly assembled and ready for carpet before I go home tonight. Probably one of the toughest enclosures I have built, because of the size of everything. Its going together real nice, just taking some extra hands and a few clamps. Ill have some pics up when I get home from the shop.
  6. Im hoping ot have quite a few more pics up tonight. Plan on having a really productive weekend in the shop. Just found out I dont have to work tomorrow (yay), so Ill spend most of the day out there playing catch-up. Keep your eyes open for more build logs...

I agree with Jim, a pic would be helpful to make sure we are all on the same page.
  8. Im sure it wont take long to figure out why the customer named it that. He is actually getting 2 different enclosures. I would say they are on opposite ends of the spectrum. First, we have 34 cubes ported, and tuned to 33 hz. And no, that is not a typo, I did say Thirty-Four! It is going to be the house for 4- 18" Fi SSD's. The second enclosure will be .35 cubes sealed. Not sure on the driver, but just a little 10. Here are the starting pics for the first enclosure...
  9. I believe we have everything taken care of now. If we dont, go ahead and shoot me an email.
  10. Oh gotcha. Ill see if I can wrap it up tonight.
  11. Design will play a factor in the price as well. I would go a little larger with the R's. 2.25-2.5 per driver seems to be very popular.
  12. I appreciate the kind works Mike. Just let me know if you ever need anything else.
  13. Yep, those wires are crimped to the inside of the terminals. Should be plenty of extra wire as well, to hook up the coils however you need to.
  14. I emailed you back yesterday. Did you not get it? Chris' internet is down. He sent me a couple designs from a family members house this weekend, and also told me about his computer problems. Im sure you will hear from him shortly.
  15. Thanks. Its 38 x 22 x 14.
  16. Well there ya go That was fast, guess I dont need to even send you the link eh?
  17. Very simple sealed box here, wanted to post the pics up for the customer.
  18. Yes, by adding polyfill, it is supposed to make the driver perform like its in a slightly larger enclosure. You can always try it both ways, and just pick which you like better.
  19. Dont recall the driver, but this is a pretty standard slot ported enclosure. Double flush mount baffle, and will be finished off with black carpet.
