well, i would like loud. not so much SQ is that important to me at the moment, but i also dont want it to sound like complete Sh!t. umm i listen to pretty much anything. alot of rap. alot of rock. and w.e else.

i was wondering if anyone could help me with some plans for a box, for my 15" its an alpine type-r. i no, not the greatest. but its my 1st sub. the opening on my trunk is about 41" by 18" also i have a picture, if that helps.

budget is only a few hundred. im probably going to use 4 guage wire. if i got 2 12's id have an aeroported box. if i got the 15, id have a ported box. soory, i dont know the specs on the box. forgot to ask my friends what they were. as for coil config, im not sure. sorry. im a bit of a noob, when it comes to this stuff. but im trying to learn.

what would be a good choice for an amp for type r. im not to sure what im going to go with yet. either two 12"s or one 15". any suggestions? thanks.

oic, ok. what do you think a good size box would be? and should i go with aeroports?

it would hit harder and louder than the stroker pro?

i was thinking 2500-3000. and box. i don't really know size yet. but its going to be ported. possibly aeroports. and i listen to Alot of rap. and some rock. but it would be more for rap. =p

I'm having trouble deciding if i want one stroker pro 12, or if i want one Fi BTL 15. either one would be going into a Jeep Cherokee. Which do you think would be louder?
