  1. 14 mm one way xmax http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/scripts/rig...ated=1084310906 I never once bottomed out my T1, got it smelly, or had probs w/ it at all. 1006 RMS @ 2 ohms off a T10001bd. Obviously I kept the gains down a lot, but I did give that sub hell and it's now chillin in my garage. I really liked that thing.
  2. A lil big for those subs. Low end should be monster. Make sure the subsonic filter is on.
  3. Get a fully loaded BL... When they get back into stock. Or you can go with an Ascendant Audio Havoc. Both subs will have the potential to be louder, and most likely have the potential to sound better. What amp will you be running to the sub? What kind of box will you have?
  4. Ok. Do you want it to be louder or sound better? Pick one.
  5. Lol. Q and BL. Try a AA Havoc 15. You'll like it.
  6. net volume per sub? I love that sub. I had a T1 15 in 3.3 cuft @ 33htz and 3.5 cuft @ 31 htz. I liked the second box better. Really sounded good.
  7. Huh... odd. Makes sense though.
  8. What would it feel like inside the trunk of a playing IB install w/ it sealed up?
  9. Try a nice 8" midbass driver... 72 htz is not subwoofer material.

BTL even stock would beat out a HCCA IMO. (Given same circumstances for both woofers) BTL fully loaded would annihilate a HCCA...

    Understood! Thanks

LOL Another option would be to build the box in the trunk.
  13. A+ for creativity.
  14. come on its so easy i just can't do it anymore
  15. Determin the stopping distances for a car with an initial speed of 95 km/h and human reaction time of 1.0s, for an acceleration of a=-4.0m/s^2 a=-8.0m/s^2 5 hours of homework... my brain is shutting down. heeelllpppp
  16. i've said that about 50 times the past week. kudos.

Yeah, but I just figured it would be nice as many people like to "shop" for subs on line and pick one out. AA dealerships do not seem to be everywhere, and I think that many people will make the drive to get a sub they have found online rather than randomly stumble upon the dealership. The only reason the website should be updated IMO is for information purposes to those deciding which sub to buy. And it's nice to have a good website to back up a company.

i would opt for a fully loaded bl 15 instead, if your just planning to throw 1500w at the sub and not do too much electrical X2 Agreed.

As soon as you make a definite comparison about the products, someone better have had experience with both of them in order to make that comparison There's a big difference between saying "RF makes good products" and "RF makes better products than Brand X" and THAT was my point...... you can say that RF is great.. but dont say that its BETTER when you have never owned one to say that..... I never compared the two. I merely stated upon Fosgate's part. I was not condoning his comparison either. No enmity meant.

I was just wondering if anyone will update the AA website... I understand you guys are busy at Fi/AA. It's just that half of the tabs say "Coming Soon!" and two of the lines of subs are missing... Even on this page, read the description: 12": Don't let the classy looks fool you. The Havoc Series 12" is down right mean on the bottom octave. With more linear displacement than most companies high end 15s, the Havoc 12".
  21. He said 3000 a piece. I'd say either go w/ a Sundown 3000d per sub if you can handle it electrically and finacially, or a RF T2000bd per sub, or something like a RF T40001bd for both.

Why fix it if it ain't broke. He likes that brand and he's used to it. They make quality products and he has owned them and had good experience before. Not dissing Sundown in any way. I have full confidence in their products; I have just never owned them. I'd say diss the cap and extra batt, and get a 150+ amp alternator. Just make sure you make a great box for the sub man.

Come on guys, that isn't accurate enough?!?

I'll sell my soul to whoever blows a sub STRICTLY from under powering it.
