hey guys whats up? haven't been on in a while. anyway im looking to upgrade my system and im looking at the havoc for my next sub. i allready have the amp RE12.1 1200wrms+ but im not sure on the box. i allready have a box that my atlas 15 is in but don't know if itll work for the havoc. the box is 3.4cf net tuned to 30hz but heres the problem im only using 2 4inch ports so port area is low. so im wondering will 2 4inch ports be enough? i have no port nosie with the atlas but the havoc is a lot more sub so im not sure? any info would be greatly appriceated! thanls dustin.

wow, you're REALLY defensive. ha. don't you know about sports these days? nobody wants to wait 2-3 years. They want it all now. I watched the East Carolina-virginia tech game. That was pretty awesome. The ending was great, with east carolina turning it around on VT and blocking a kick and returning it for a TD for the win. haha ya kinda it just pisses me off that ateam that gets its ass wooped 2 years n a row in the bcs game still gets all the credit and eeryone talkas about them like their king sh1t. then you get other teams UM that having nothing and starting from scratch and people say ohh they lost it an upset its like what did you expect? i didn't hear anything VT losing and are they ranked like 20th? and east carolina isn't ranked at all? yet thats not an upset its just what happens. i just don't get it.

huh? im pretty sure the SS xxx uses a motor based on the TC 4hp. the (old) RE xxx used a xbl^2 based motor.

i'd upgrade the alt first then install your stuff see how much voltage drop you get. if it goes under 13volts i would get a second battery.

stinger is ok not exactly top of the line but will do the job intended. now down to facts. look at it this way. your alt puts out 135amps it charges the bat right, well a cap will only pull more. so now you have an amp pulling current and battery and cap all pulling current. now the cap "stores" energy right well thats true but a battery works so much better. so now instead of having a 135 alt with 3 things pulling major power from it why not just upgrade the alt and a bigger bat so you only have 2 things pulling from it but yet still get the same performance? seems logical to me.

haha wow this thread went way off course but whatever i don't care its not my money or equipment. a 5farad cap isn't enough might wanna look into atleast a 10farad to be on the safe side.

I took power cap off and added 40$ to the total haha ok then. any sound deading in this equation?

ya ddin't see the whole game just higlights and clemson look like they didn't come to play. although they faced a very good team it didn't look to good. it the first game though so im sure they'll come back fighting strong.

plus box design is far more important than power. make a good box and im sure with only 500wrms that sub will perform great.

anyone watch some games yesterday? had some pretty good ones illi/mizou was a good one. but as allways all you here about is how good osu is and how they "proved" why their number 2 with their domination over the other team which i can't even remember who the fvck they are. then you got the "upset" where michigan lost oh my god. jeez when will people learn to shut the fvck up. one Um has only 10 returning starters and only 3 i think are on offense, then you gt a new head coach trying to incorperate a complete new system. add that to they have a freshman QB and running back. what do you expect they come out and win 85-0 over utah fvckin morons. although i say wait about 2-3 years then well see when osu is getting dominated by 21points to UM then well see who is overrated. haha.

cool must be nice to have cool parents my dad gave me $5 if i made all A honor roll and $1 if i made the A/B honor roll which i did all thru high school finshed with a 3.8 gpa and was ranked 10th in my class overall.

bingo, products are pretty decent overall but the owner/reps are well, tards. theres a thread on roe where chad aka visitor makes a list of all their "BS" if you want ill find it for you. i personally will never buy their stuff.
