Take a better picture so i can see the tinsels... I'd be willing to bet that you were probably playing under tuning frequency of your enclosure and not having the subsonic filters set properly and letting the cone hit the basket causing it to break the neck joint. A recone can fix it no doubt, but must see determine if it is a defect or not.

It got held up in customs for whatever reason, no clue why. One of the other subs that we shipped up there has been hung in customs for a month... I'm pretty sure that Scott told me that it cleared customs like Friday if i remember right... Nothing we can do about them holding stuff up..international orders are terrible...unless you want to pay the fees to use UPS or Fedex...

On a 1w basis the BTL is the most 'efficient' But you must take into account that speakers in general are very very very inefficient... This is why we rate products given RMS standards...if you have x amount of power then look at this series of woofers..

Don't do that. Build a common chamber...your going to run into a lot of problems.
