By the way, Brian! Pete and Scott stay in-touch with eachother because Pete gets a lot of Scott's customers wanting designs... Pete has all T/S Param's from Scott for any sub any model and any option(s) T/S parameters are great. But let me shed a little light on t/s parameters. If you plug the parameters in for a BTL it will tell you to put it in a very very small sealed box, or a very very large sealed box for a flat response. You can model something until your blue in the face, but when it comes down to it experience will always reign supreme. I'll NEVER use one of those boxes for the simple fact that I keep things very simple, because it works fantastic, and I know what it is going to sound like. That's what all of our recommendations are centered around on all of the woofers. Something that is for daily driving, musical, and it is what works best for the subs in a daily driving and musical scenario. KISS principle in car audio is a fantastic thing, when you start ignoring it things tend to get complex...and problems start to pop up. At the end of the day you are the one who has to listen to the subs, not me . I'm just a dumb ole guy that has a little bit of experience with speakers and can make a SQ car sound pretty good..and SPL cars pretty loud..and make ground pounders that take your breath away... All of which are centered around the same principle, keep it simple, stupid.

When all the high class people get theres, all us standard people get ours! Or whenever they feel ready Thats exactly what I'm thinking... I seen people that have them already and I'm still waiting... They favor their customers who spend "Top Dollar" for subs.. Which I feel is a bunch of bull! Chill out man. You are no different then anybody else. The only reason Brian has one of the 15's was because he had a 15" install that he could do some testing with just out of curiousity. There are only 2 people that has them, Meade, and Brian. That's it, I don't even have one if it makes you feel any better. There is no 'special treatment' or anything of the sorts. I still don't understand why you are so quick to fly off the handle at us...you seem to do that a lot, and I don't understand why. Maybe you shouldn't listen to "the man" pete for every box design, because honestly...it's probably the majority of your issues.

Just relax a little bit, it's the web people. This is why we NEVER set dates anymore because it ALWAYS gets delayed by something that is out of our control.... No clue, never touched one of the subs and I don't have any of the old data for them... Scott won't be back into town until Monday, so i really don't know what to tell you about it, i know nothing about the older AA subs as far as boxes go... As long as you stay within the guidelines you are good to go.. Bigger box will have a more pronounced low end, smaller box will have a generally more 'punchy' response... Thanks! -Nick
