shipping question
Actually it does make a difference..more motor strength, it'l handle more power then the standard coil. Generally speaking is louder on the mic as well..

tc2k+ recone
I don't know if it can be done or not, i know nothing about that motor. If it's a standard 3" coil, then sure. If not, then generally speaking no. Fair enough?

How much room do you have per side say if you did a sealed pair of 10's? Like SSD's with copper coil? Thanks! -Nick

The stock Q will be fine with that amp, so long as you are mindful of the volume knob and the gains. Thanks! -Nick

15 BL vs 15 BTL
You all are missing the point...as far as the graphical data goes. We rate the BTL's at 2kw for a reason, a big reason, in industry terms it's the DAF. Little hint, Meade runs 4kw a woofer..and under his control..is no issue. If your an idiot about it yes you'll break them at that kind of power level. Thus is why we have the bp power option for the Q, 1kw is about on par for what it needs to have, after about 1200 watts things start to get hairy, which is where the option comes in to play...2kw for the BTL..well that might be quite a bit more conservative than that of the Q. But we rate them so any person should have zero issues with them at all. Hope this helps... Thanks! -Nick

fi additional features question
All depends on how much power your amp puts out...if it does over what we recommend RMS wise then it would be a smart decision to get the bp power option. Thanks! -Nick

18inch BL new box
Honestly the only way you are going to get loud is hundreds of hours of testing...the sealed box thing really does not work, because once you get the bigger enclosure in there all of the acoustical properties has changed... Only thing i can really tell you to do is build as big as you can, you can always make the enclosure smaller, but making it bigger becomes a problem...tune high with a substantial amount of vent area, start testing and choke vent area or tune lower and cut down on box volume until you peak... Thanks! -Nick

Thinking of a pair of Fi SSD subs
Honestly man you might want to entertain picking up a kicker zx1500 or a sundown 1500 for the pair... 1200 watts really won't push them to their full potential for the pair...but don't get me wrong it should sound good and still get fairly loud, just take note that you won't be at your full potential... Thanks! -Nick

My BL Came! "Opinions on this Enclosure"
^^^ Move the sub more centered so you get better port loading.. Thanks! -Nick
-
Q problem
If it moved when you pop tested it then it isn't the sub... Your looking at amp issues, or rca issues... Check all of your grounds, remote turn on leads, rca's etc. Thanks! -Nick
