Personally wouldn't polyfill a ported box...but as brian said what kind of dimensions are you working with, that is on the small side of things... Thanks! -Nick
  3. Regular wood screws / drywall screws work fine... Thanks! -Nick

Well we could do a modded bp power of sorts and cap off the pole vent, however you would not be able to run the smooth AA style dust covers...you'd have to run the hard abs dustcap.. Can probably fit a flatwire coil in it, or even a copper coil like we do for an SSD and mod the suspension a little bit... All in all it depends on what kind of output you are looking for, more daily driving and listening...or more of a peakier type woofer... Thanks! -Nick
  5. Scott's sick and i've been out of town / away from the computer building the new AA demo truck...shawn's been MIA for a while as well, as he has another full time job.. Is that a piece of metal down inside of the gap? Is there any way that you might beable to get it out and try to get a better pic of it? Whatever it is we'll figure it out, if it is indeed a metal shaving yes that would have caused the coil to rub out and short, had it been on the pole piece or on the outside of the gap... Thanks! -Nick
  6. 2-2.5 cubes per sub sealed is fine for the 15 Thanks! -Nick

Sorry was away working on the demo truck all weekend welding.. What are you looking for performance wise? We can pretty much tweak whatever for those motors...within reason of course. Thanks! -Nick

Ahh it's got a 4 spoke, i thought they had those weird big baskets that the Ti's use.. Thanks -Nick
  18. Put some pictures up of it so we know what we're looking at...i know nothing of those cars Thanks! -Nick
  19. Just figured out what was going on with this..i'll get Scott to jump on here later or get in contact with you. Thanks! -Nick
  20. Manilla folders..cut them so they don't overlap inside of the coil and i think the BL needs 2 layers of it, i can't remember right off hand..it might need 3 Just leave them long so you have something to pull out once the glue dries.. Thanks! -Nick
  21. 3-5 days to build, 3-5 days to get to you.. Thanks! -Nick
  22. Chill out man...you just posted in your other thread what kind of car it was.. In my opinion i wouldn't fool with putting 2 18's in the trunk of a car, i'd build a wall for them...if your dead set on getting BTL 18's. Also those amps don't do 2kw as well.. Are you dead set on doing it in the trunk? Thanks! -Nick

Don't have 10" spiders for it..you have to use our baskets.. Thanks! -Nick
  24. Just build recones one day a week...looking 3-5 days to build it, and 3-5 days to it to get to your door depending on where you are at.. Recones are just 'extra' work...more of a 'thank you' instead of not doing recones at all and making people buy new subs . Thanks! -Nick
  25. Need some dimensions to work with...we can't take a stab in the dark Thanks! -Nick
