Sorry man, can't help ya...you've got some nice paperweights though
  2. Don't think we can recone it man, has to be a 3" coil...
  3. As far as i know from checking with Scott the BTL 18 was ordered as fully loaded and the 15 was ordered as a 2 slug with cooling... Hope that helps -Nick

  5. Too much power man, if you use your head you'll be ok, but i'm giving you fair warning . Thanks!
  6. I'm not joking. Buzz Lightyear.
  7. We're not machining adapters anymore, if you want it done you have to send the motors in to be machined for our baskets...otherwise you have to use TC's baskets until we get 10" spiders and stuff to fit them... Thanks!

    Nope, gotta go to JL.
  9. Generally speaking in IB cone area is king... Honestly man you may be able to put a pair of Q 12's in the baffle you have now...1kw is MORE then ample to get them to full stroke for the pair
  10. Don't do that. What kind of voltage is your deck putting out on the RCA's? Gains are meant to be matched to the RCA input voltage, not output voltage on the rails. Odds are you are going to turn the gains too high and burn something up....
  11. Nothing i can do man Scott is out of town for the holiday..
  12. if that uses the same size spider that the eclipse ti uses, do you guys now have something that will fit? i still have my pair of blown ti's sitting here, lol. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Scott is supposed to be getting some 10" spiders in to fit TC's stuff because of the wealth of people that have been asking for recones... But we're all MIA for thanksgiving, just browsing a minute before we eat our first meal of the day
  13. Looks Chinese... Measure the gap, if it is a standard 3.000" coil then we can probably do something..otherwise sorry. Thanks!
  14. If you have a 1 cubic foot box then your port should be anywhere from 12 to 16 square inches in cross sectional area... So 12 square inches would be a port 3" by 4", a 16 Square inch port would be 4" by 4". Just multiply them accordingly to the enclosure size that you intend on using... Thanks!

If subsonics are not set up properly and you beat the piss out of it under tuning with a high current amp odds are you will kill it... If you don't do that then you won't have any problems. Thanks!
  16. Little high on the frequency range... But the SSD with a copper coil should fit the bill nicely. Thanks!
  17. Doubt seriously if you are going to fit 18's and everything else in the cargo area...
  18. Tis ok mr webster, i still loves you. Only on tuesdays though hahaha.
  19. Closed on the weekends man, it's sunday .
  20. Ahhh ok I understand about putting subs in alone, i've loaded a couple of the old team rf's from way back when You should be able to take them out one at a time now that you have them mounted and pull the gasket back...so you don't see them. Your call boss Post up some video's!!!
  21. Yea i saw they are rated at 1000w rms. I am cheap but definitely want the most for the money. If $40 will gain me some extra wattage then im all for it. How much power is ideal for the sub w/ bp power as a daily driver? I've heard people pushing 1500w but what is ideal? Don't want to risk blowing the sub. Well if you aren't cautious about it you will blow it with 1000w....just a 'for instance' i've got a little over 900 watts per side in my component system in the 4 runner, granted i don't use all of it, and with those little coils of a 1" tweet, 3" midrange, and a 7" midbass driver..they will not take that kind of power. There's nothing wrong with headroom, you just have to know how to use it, and not abuse it. Your amps have to be gained in right to match your headunit's RCA voltage...the subsonic filter(s) have to be setup properly... We rate them so that you will not hurt them given the worst possible scenario, granted if you abuse them and play volume master and gain master odds are you are going to blow them... Thanks!
  22. If you get a 'loaded' bl then you'll be fine with the 1500... Otherwise you'll have to be a little careful with it.
  23. Might want to get screws that actually go down to the basket as well...fine thread wood/drywall screws work fine, your just eating up the gaskets now...
