  1. You could always try it and see what it sounds like, worse comes to worse all you have to do is build another enclosure . Thanks! -Nick
  2. Ported box we recommend using 1.8-2.5 cubic feet @ 33Hz (this is optimal in our eyes and to our ears, you can tune 31-35hz fine if you so please) That's kind of on the small side of things, How much vent area does it have?

You don't need it with 1kw. Thanks -Nick

Good meeting you finally John! I don't care what you say the van is sick
  5. I was in shock when Shawn told me as well, i'm just glad that you were ok man...that wall really saved you!
  6. Fixed it, leaving tonight. You better behave on the forum too .
  7. 2,000 watts, if you feel that it can take more then great! But we recommend 2kw. Thanks!
  8. If you pickup the sundown then the BL series would probably work best... Thanks

How much power does it do?
  12. NDMstang65 replied to mikey5472's topic in Fi Products
Depends on what your wanting to do and how much power you have to work with... Thanks -Nick
  13. No guarantees on how it will preform because there never was an 18" brahma...but one can be made The parameters would be skewed quite a bit...and in all honestly the sub should have never been rated at more then 800 watts, because the coil is VERY small...
  14. circle jerkler.
  15. Coulda sworn i posted this... The 3hp's are looking at $125 (12"), $133 (15"), and $148 (18") to do that for the 3HPs if sent in. I dont want to machine adaptor plates otherwise... it takes too long...lol This is basket, gasket, tapping, and recones (plus shipping back to you). The motors have to be sent in. Thanks! -Nick
  16. Take some measurements... We give general ideas for what you need as far as volume and port area for a specific sub... Without measurements we can't do anything. Thanks -Nick
  17. Easier..the Q's...they'd also be faster as well..
  18. 12 spoke is it sorry man Thanks! -Nick
  19. Shims, no glue..we can't ship CA out because it's a hazmat material...had way too many problems with people not using it right as well Just use 10 minute epoxy made by Loctite, comes in a red and blue tube. Thanks -Nick
  20. You can play here poobah We like you peoples
  21. Not really, that's where you come in and measure and adjust things to your needs... We can't do cookie cutter boxes because there are thousands of different install possibilities that you could do.. It all depends on how much power you have to work with, and how much room. Thanks! -Nick
  22. No problem man Thanks! -Nick
  23. http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/i...?showtopic=7153 In the sticky section Thanks! -Nick
  24. On a good day that amp might do 1600 watts...they aren't exactly known for doing their rated power.. A loaded BL would be fine for that amp.. What most people do not understand is you don't have to have the big bad woofer and run tons of power when you could run less power, on one of the other series of woofers and have better results without hurting your wallet due to vast electrical upgrades and more expensive equipment etc etc... Thanks -Nick
