It's fine running like it is...we don't have any dual 4ohm coils anyway as they are pretty much useless in the industry these days... During musical play your impedance isn't anywhere near 1.4 ohms anyhow...its more like 3-4 even upwards of 12 ohms. Mainly because music is dynamic, you will always have peaks and valleys in the impedance curve. It'l be fine.
  2. Here's a sendspace link to the pdf file for the logo, if it stops working please let me know. I'm unsure how much bandwidth that they will allow. http://www.sendspace.com/file/ro4vt3 Thanks! -Nick

Haven't had time man, working long hours at work (3rd shift now) upon many other things that have popped up here at home...just got home and getting ready to leave for work again I'll get to it when i can, when that will be i'm unsure. Thanks -Nick
  4. Completely different motors...i emailed you back as well Thanks -Nick
  5. To align the coil to make sure it is centered in the gap and does not rub...

If you want to make one go for it... Wall papers and other random bells and whistles are the least of our concerns right now... It's either spend time on that, or spend time on getting the products to the customers ...i think customers would rather have their subs. So your answer...no time soon unless somebody gets board and decides to make one Thanks -Nick
  7. photobucket...

    Highly suggest powermaster
  9. With that amount of power the SSD's should be fine, and fit your depth requirements as well. Thanks -Nick
  10. Cool man, looks good....hope you enjoy them .
  11. Bass boost should be a nil... Not sure why you are reversing your output polarity either...
  12. Marshall said that its possible that friday or saturday night it might be up again...but he isnt holding his breath ps neil get in chat danke.
  13. Nope, we aren't using xbl^2 in any of the lineup. Thanks! -Nick

6 cubic feet is fine, as long as you stay within our guidelines you should be good to go. As far as displacement its like .2 cubic feet....you really don't have to worry about woofer displacement too much, it's not that critical.
  15. Looks within our recommendations..

I should be able to get one worked up for you by tomorrow, hopefully.
  17. I've never done anything but a wall in a astro van, honestly no clue there. You may want to fire both sub and ports up... Thanks -Nick
  18. Ah, now i see it. Sorry i didn't see your topic before. Put the subs up, port back. As far as enclosure dimensions 3-4 cubic feet per sub (so your looking at 6-8 cubic feet total for the pair) is fine, with 12-16" of port area per cubic foot of volume. Generally speaking the larger enclosures have a "deeper" more "boomy" output than the smaller side, same with port area. Generally speaking you have more output with the larger end of the port spectrum vs. the smaller end. If you want middle of the road, then shoot for 7 cubic feet of volume and use ~100sq inches of port and tune to 33hz. Sorry i didn't see this before. Thanks -Nick

http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/i...?showtopic=7153 No need for them...follow our guidelines in the enclosures specs etc stickied threads above and you'll be fine. If you model the t/s parameters a program like Winisd will tell you to put a fully loaded BTL in like a 2.5 cube sealed box to get a "flat" response...
  20. Nah Two separate entities, with two different focuses.
  21. With impedence rise those amps won't be close to that power, you'll be fine with the stock Q's.
  22. I'll be around some today, jump in the chat if you wish.
  23. All of that comes through testing...you've got to figure out what your vehicle likes to get 'maximum' spl.

Nothing to see...just a plug in the back plate, makes it look like a BL or a BTL
  25. Scott has to look at it on Monday, as i haven't talked to him there is nothing i can tell you. Thanks
