  1. Yep you'll be able to recone them..no problems
  2. Should go out today or tomorrow. Was an 18" D2 correct?
  3. Eh the 10's still around... As always we really don't like the 10, the basket geometry is just 'meh'.
  4. I emailed you back? Todd right? I never check the myspace... Did you want to do the recone yourself or send it in?
  5. You can make an iron wedge and somebody will figure out how to bend it. No issues with the Q's...people just figure out how to bend iron wedges...sort of like yourself running the ib sub in a box..with a ton of power on it. Which is the polar opposite of what you should be doing.

Shipping hasn't been free for 9 months...what you do not realize is that the prices were adjusted accordingly as well. Everybody else charges shipping as well, nobody can survive as expensive as it is now. Sorry!
  7. No...waves do not form like that. You are WAY off base, surface area of a circle is the surface area of a circle. It does not matter how conical or 'deep' it is. A flat piston with 1/2 of the surround figured into cone area with the same frame is going to have the exact same radiating cone area as a cone that is conical.... Radiating surface area does not change, you don't have more cone area because you have a conical cone.
  8. LOL Not in this world..you can do it, but it will be FAR from optimal.
  9. LOL the boss laid down the law eh Scott? Good stuff man.
  10. There isn't any 'dry rot' That's what happens when you play one of the subs under tuning with that surround body and it rips it to shreds...it's not dry rotted lol
  11. Yep it'l work fine!
  12. Looks like shipping would be about $42.25
  13. The glue joint is what is popped loose and is causing the rattling. If you put a new dustcap back on there with epoxy the rattling will stop.
  14. Yeah I work for Fi, we can get you a new red dustcap out..just email your address to me and we'll drop one in the mail tomorrow. It's just a dustcap, I didn't even scratch around the edge of it with a blade..I just smacked it with the screwdriver. Teaching you how to fix it is worth the dustcap .
  15. 4 or more it's $70 + shipping that's all we can do. Thanks! Nick
  16. Glad you like!
  17. It's not going to be any different then any of the other BTL's..it'l be the same motor...so a single stack of 11.25"
  18. I actually used a screwdriver lol
  19. Just edited and posted it, my apologies.
  20. We were moving things around in the shop and found some of the old stock of the X series motors and put the 93 that we found together...I talked Scott into letting me do a "Spring Cleaning" special for the people here, they are only 12's, not doing any 10's because we built all of them into the 12" frames already. $79 a piece + shipping If your looking into mass quantity we can probably do a little something on the price. 4+ at one time and they are $70 each! + shipping. 12" Coils Dual 4 Ω Re 3.8 Ω / coil (7.6 Ω in series) Fs 25.7 Hz Qms 5.50 Qes 0.38 Qts 0.35 Mms 121 g Sd 480 cm^2 Vas 104.1 l SPL 88.6 1W/1m Bl 20 Tesla Meters Xmax 16mm (one-way) RMS 250W Sealed enclosure 0.8 - 1.6 CF Ported enclosure 1.75 - 2.5 CF Mounting depth 6.00" Driver Cutout Diameter 11.125" Driver Overall Diameter 12.500" Weight 16 lb -Nick
