Goal = LOUD!!!! Budget = 1k for subs box amp wires install-everything except headunit Music = Hip Hop and R&B She was looking at the Fosgate T1000bd its 539 at the local shop. I dont think the BLs will be in the budget, but I was just curious on how much better the BLs are over the fosgate P3 and RE SE, because I will be adding my second BL 15 soon....

so my girl is about to get her first system, and the shop here has the Rockford Fosgate P3 and the RE SE equally priced. She wants the 12s but neither she nor I know which one is the better sub I think the RE SE's but the installer seems to think the Rockfords are better, I told her to get 2 FI BLs but hey whatever, what do you guys think would be the better subs to get, and just because, how would the FI BLs fit in al of this???? So i am about about to add another BL to the trunk the both will be dual 2's, daily, P Chamfer, and univeral features.. Im looking at sundown audio for my amp. Which model should i go with? any reccomendations, sundown or any other brands?

has anyone heard them are they really that loud?

Hey guys, quick question, I was told by someone that when you get an alarm there are some small "horns" I guess that you can put in the inside of our car that make a hig pitch noise when your alarm goes off, and you can hide them. I gues they are like the size of a battery or something, I dont know. does anyone know anything about this or what they are called?

I got my BL in today! Man is it sweet! I heard the UPS truck pull up and ran to the door. I got it, opened it and went to 2 shops to get quotes on installing it.. The first store I get to the guy is like "what brand is this?" I said FI "who" FI "who" F.....I... He is like "oh ..ok.." then he goes and "inspects" the woofer, kinda tooted his nose up and was like "how many watts you running to it?" i was like 1000 to 1500, then hes like "oh so like 500RMS?" I said no 1000 to 1500 RMS..lol then he has this shocked look on his face and said "yeah I dont think this thing will take 1000-1500 RMS, I mean its got a big magnet, but i dont think it will handle that kinda power".... I felt a little disrespected so I got my Ish and went to the next place. funny thing is that guy carries RE Audio.. the next shop was like what is this? i told them and they were like sweet seems pretty sturdy, and they were real cool, so the 15min drive to the next city was well worth it so ill be letting them do the install.... i think Imma be the only guy in the city with a Fi.. YES Do you guys think there is much of a difference between 3.5 cubic feet and 4 cubic feet, cause i think imma go with the 3.5 cubic foot box, cause I do want a little trunk left??? i was thinking about the kinetik hc 600 or 800

wire from a spool... v0 gauge would it be better to replace, or just add the the factory wires

I ordered a 15BL, I have a Boss IQ3KD.1 3k watt amp.. is that strong enough to properly run a 15BL untill I can get a better quality amp? also should I install a battery in the trunk, my car is all stock?

Comparing the BTL to the T2 isn't a fair match. I'm thinking towards the Fi Q15 to the RF T215 to the JL 13W7 in SQ and SPL. I want SQ most of the time because I'm not going to be blasting my music 24/7. I like my hearing . But when my buddies want to show off their systems I want to be able to take a dump on every single one of their speakers. So with that said is it safe to say that the BL is better than the 13w7, and kicker L7s?
