Is there much of a difference between the mach 5 15" ixl vs the ssa icon 15". I know the mach 5 seems to have a good sound quality and im not really to sure about the ssa icon. If anyone could give me a little more info about them like which one would get louder with a 1000 watt sundown audio amp. Thanks.

I currently have a 15 in mach 5 ixl with a sundown 1000 watt amp. I have about a 3.5 cubic foot box with a port. And i recieved my email from SSA and saw the 15" icon is on sale for $295 and was thinking about upgrading to it. I really like my mach 5 because it hits extremely hard just for having one sub, it sounds really good with all types of music but i mainly listen to rap, and I was wondering if you guys think I should do the upgrade. I havent heard an icon and was wondering if it would hit harder and if there would be more positives than to negatives if I would switch subs? Thanks.

I have a 91 Honda Accord. I currently have a cheap rattler unlock and remote start. It doesnt work, the remote works fine and im not really sure whats wrong with it. IF you have any ideas what I could check would be helpful. I check the fuses on the brain of it and they were perfectly fine. I was thinking about getting a reasonable alarm. I dont feel I really need a 2 way device, Im mainly just look for a nice alarm with a remote start. I have been looking at some of the viper products. I plan on installing it myself. any help would be great Any help on how to fix the current remote unlock would be great. Thanks

Right now I currently have a basic viper remote door locks and starter but its pretty much done for. Ive been looking at car alarms and I was wondering what your guys thoughts are for something not too expensive but still nice I dont really need anything crazy because I drive a 91 accord with a mach 5 sub and sundown amp. I was looking at the viper 791xv. Any help would be great thanks.

What would be a nice 8" sub to replace a blown stock sub. Not very high wattage.

Im just confused what to 2 wires to put to the toggle. The one wire that is suppose to go to the parking brake and a wire thats grounded?

Right now I have a pioneer DEH-P7000BT and I can get a deal on a new pioneer AVH-P5000DVD. I like the one I have now and its features but I would like a tv but i dont wanna lose the features. I am looking for a new cd/mp3 player that I can hook my ipod up to. I have been looking at alpine and pioneer cd players. I was looking at the Pioneer that has bluetooth and an ipod hook up. If you have any suggestions it would help a lot thanks.

What about the RL p or the IXL? Would the sub be loud and boomy if I tune the box around 35-36 hz?

I have a ssundown sae 1000d. I am looking for a good 15" sub that is more loud and boomy. I have about 6 cubic feet to work with. I dont have a budget but I dont want to go crazy on buying a sub. Id put it in a ported box. Im mainly looking for loud and boomy and not sq. I mainly listen to rap. Any help would be great thanks.

I can make a box up to about 6 cubic feet, which i dont known if theres any 12" sub that would need that much room. I only listent to rap and I dont want to spend terribly much mayb $250 and help with an amp for it would be great. but i dont want to have to run another battery and a new alt because I probably wont keep this car long.
