I am not saying these 2 are the best, Penn State main and Ohio State are 2 of the schools we visit for interns. some schools in Pa, like bloomsburg university (where i go) or most of the pennstate satellite campuses, have 3 + 2 programs with pennstate for their engineering degrees. this apply for some of the engineering degrees but not all of them (i dont think you can do this with say aerospace or mechanical anymore). i believe them might have renamed this something like dual degree. essentially you get take 3 years at a satellite campus and get a BA in physics then go to PSU main campus for the engineering degree of your choice. the only real requirement are certain gpa to be able to transfer on to main campus. i was a mechanical engineering 3+2 major but couldnt keep the 3.5 gpa. i also lost interest in the degree haha. mechanical and aerospace were the only 2 that required a 3.5 while the rest, including electrical and i believe chemical engineering ,require a 3.0

Nope 1/0 will be slightly larger. Would I be able to open them up a little bit to clamp onto 1/0? I only ask cus theres a place i can get a bunch for like 14 cents each. Hmmm... I would think so i'd buy a couple and see if you could... Where from? might just need to trim a little wire off at the end. wont effect anything.

i recommend you just do 1 set of components and pick a nice set like bravox for amps you can spend alot or check out audioclinic on ebay, the 4085 bridged to a set of bravox would be sweet! id look for a used sub amp in the for sale section,,

i have a macbook. their pretty simple/user friendly to operate for simple shit but i dont know much more then that. i never fucked mine up... i would just back up her shit and reinstall the OS edit: btw if its an older model you could beef up the ramm a little. its extremely cheap right now (excess supply, from what i was reading) My plan was to re-install the OS but she would need to get some program CD's from home that she doesn't have right now, but it always seems like the best/easiest option to me. Her processor is a dual 2.1GHz while my Win7 machine is Dual 1.6 and it runs circles around it and I think we both have 1 gig of RAM. I'll look into it. Thanks think my macbook is a dual core @ 2.4 with 2 gigs of ramm. her's should be able to keep up much better.. mine can run 1 or 2 word doc's, itunes, some excel shit, and web browsing lag free. which is all i really use it for. i found directions for how to monitor what processes are running ( link how to ). could also try a defrag the hd... if you've tried afew things already then this probably wont help but i found this as well. might be worth a shot before reinstalling OS
