Welcome to the IHoP v.2
They have different uses. How much thinsulate do you need?wanted to try some in the headliner and maybe a few other spots. any suggestions? where it accessible is in transfer paths...headliner you need damper or mlv yes I'll start the floor and rear doors than. When you pull seats is it best to disconnect the battery or would I need to do more than that?

i think mlv in the locations I haven't used it yet would make a larger difference. i've only done the front door and rear deck.

I have 3 way towers that are a ten, a five and a horn, but whether it's these specific one, or the size of my room, being so close to them, I feel like I can tell which speaker is playing what frequency, instead of just a point source. I also made the mistake of premade crossovers as a cheap solution to blown crossovers in these when I got em.I feel totally fucked since I am quickly falling in love with true SQ AND I like it loud occasionally. Yall can be flat out honest with me lol, high end is a new game to me. I'm from the land of dumpster diving, garage sales, speaker backpacks and bikes. I've got a long way to go. iirc your towers are jacked up. poor separation could be attributed to a number of things. how close we talking? when i hear near field i'm thinking computer desk- Near field music setup ideas for 14x14 room
i dont know jack about home audio but its sounds like you should be looking at towers or something larger than monitors.- Welcome to the IHoP v.2

I choose them because they can cover 40hz-20khz (pass on the sub for now). if you need more output there are other options. perhaps these would be more up your alley.- Mid bass driver for 80-800
