yea i think thats what ill do. but ill have to figure out how i will get to the kicker's top mounted controlls with them being on the top. i wont have to worry about it after i go active atleast... ill play around with some idea's this weekend and post the results. if anyone has any suggestions please post them up.

i got a kicker kx250.2 and a kenwood excelon x10d. the kenwood is a class d and fan cooled while the kicker is a class ab. is it ok to mount these upside down to my rear deck. im trying workout a place to hide them easily. any other idea's would be appreciated. car is oldsmobile intrigue. let me know if u need more info.

was the for me or the OP, for mine, the kickers, the boxes where shove all the way back blockin off the back seat whole, so i ported through the rear deck, but the second one, with the audiopulse the box is shoved all the way back again with the sub facin the other way, but it was a temporary box, its a little different now ya i was talking about the last pic there with the audiopulse. so u cant just lay the seats down huh? both setups are pretty sick.

try half that bag and see how it sounds.

i vote for a nice 10 or 12 sealed in the trunk. idk your budget but a nice sub would add a nice bottem end that you would enjoy. im sure some ppl will quickly recommends some subs like fi q, fi ssd, mach 5 ixl, etc.

i ordered a 12" AA arsenal. however i was mistakenly sent a 12" assassin instead. but these guys caught the error (i didn't notice right away myself), sent me the right sub, and let me keep the Assassin!! this is an awesome site you guys got going here and i will certainly buy from you all again. x2 on the 4 gauge. if he gets off the stock h/u and wants to add a 2 or 4 channel later on u will be ahead of the game.

are the subs walled off in the trunk then? or just in a box firing forward?

just take the 6x9s out that would get u 2 nice size holes and u could tell if its goin to help u get more spl. if it does put the 6x9s back in if u want and cut the rear deck to hell

i found a sit called snaptint.com and did my friends s-10 and bro's mercury sable. the s-10 was easy with flat windows the mercury was more curvy. snaptint sells the tint pre cut for the window so u just put it on. however they sent tint for my bro's car that wasn't the right size but hey replaced it for free. never did the back window on the sable but it looks like a bitch. tint is pretty good/ professional quality aswell. and price is decent compared to a shop in my area. the tint for all 4 doors and the back window on my bro's was the same the shop wanted to do just he rear window haha

hows the clarion working out for you? im considering it because you can find them for around 200 bucks vs a pioneer 880 for like 300... so i could get more deadening or better speakers with the savings...
