I would be more then interested to see how this stacks up against a TC "Uberwoofer", DD3515, RE SX 15", & Brahma 15" in my trailblazer 4ft ported @ 32 currently. Of course, I'll prolly be purchasing one regardless... I'm very interested in hearing the real capabilities of this design. -Nick

looking at roughly 14ft^3 gross in so far. Shooting for 12ft^3 net in the end. Gonna get the pieces rough cut, fit, trimmed, fit, and trimmed sumore as necesary tomorrow before work. Mount everything (but the baffle) up Sunday afterwork, strapit all to the strut towers, seal & start resining. Hopefully get the cavaties filled Monday night and glass the wheel well humps. Then start worrying about a baffle. Prolly take the rest of the week to get all of this wiring done. If life holds out for me, I'll have a burp by next weekend. -Nick

Mock Up - April saved me, I'd gotten so frustrated, she helped me with almost all of the mock up.

(4) Grade 6 1/2" x 8" bolts. Washer in the box & washer under the floorpan. 3/8" box steel sleeves between the box floor & floorpan. This female dog aint gonna kill me in an accident... of course, there will be plumbing strap off the back as well.

got some base work done over the past couple of days. tired, but snapped a couple of pics... cause I know a few of you love them so Got the roof deadened - 2 layers of Edead. female dog doesnt flex NEARLY as much. Started deadening the door panels, got sidetracked. Sent all three batts out to get charged - 16volt slow charge. Bought alot of MDF. Some of it:

got some chit done. amp's not going on the box anymore... she wants it to remain on the back seatback. All done, need to make final test fit; filler up with water; install port; carpet; bolt in. Amp should be here end of next week - Orion 1200D. -Nick

try not to "stub" your thumb. especially while sanding. more specifically: don't stub your thumb into the sanding block and take of some skin & nail. hurts. will prolly hurt for a while. grr.

I'm doing something similar in my car... easiest way to rewire between burps & drivable music. I sure as chit dont want to pull out 60lb woofers all the time.
