generally, You wont have standing waves with subbass frequencies... the wavelength is just too long.

If You are crampped, run 1 8" or even a pair isobaric (but it's a challenge to tune low in such a small box). as far as mids/tweets... I've been looking around for a decent bookshelf setup myself. havent found anything yet... so not much help there. I'll say with the receiver You've got - just a 3.5" midrange & 1" domed tweet. the mids I've looked at want something like 0.4' ported ~150hz. iirc. <250 / 250-3500 / 3500+ is simple enough.
