very informative and very true... especially about that DAM lawnmore thing!!! Geez my neighbor used to have a honkin @$$ loud lawnmower and it woke me up at like 7AM every saturday... but no police ever cared about that. But let my license plate rattle too much and bam, ticket. Or have someone call the cops on me after they (not so politely) asked me to turn it down and I DID... then the dumass cops give me a ticket, and it wasnt even ON when they came up?? Took that to court, said the system wasn't even *on* when they pulled up.. and the judge couldnt care less and bam, pay me 50 bux. If I get another ticket I'm kickin some ass in court... been readin up on the laws and various posts like this.
