Blew my last set of speakers and have these just sitting around?

This is a newb question. Can I put an 8 inch sub with an amp in a 2002 VW Passat and still keep the factory deck? Friend doesnt want to change stock deck. Probably a stupid question but I wondered how difficult this would be to install if this was possible. Thanks

I have 2 ssd's and was wondering what the break in period woould be and if I shouuld keep my volume low for a few hours before I turn it up?

Does it matter that much about the audio cables I think they run from the amp to the head unit. At sound advice they have 25$ and they have 100$ ones is there that much of a difference I wouldn't want them to have to re run them.

My friend just put in one 10 inch momo, with a rockford 500 amp. It pounds for a 10 he had somebody with 2 12's get in his car and tell him "wow man what do you have like a 15 or something, and he freaked when he found it was a ten." The guy had spent like 2500 on his setup and it wasn't even close as good, he had jbl subs.

I just wanted suggestions for my setup more specific if possible. Which optima? Which Odyssey? Which Kinetik? Which powermaster for this application?

For this application which kinetik or odyssey would you use? like the hc800?

I am running an saz 1500d and 100.4 and I have a stock 145 amp alt. I already have a red top optima battery in the oem spot but I need another battery for the back can I use another red top or should I get the yellowtop? will a red in the front and yellow in the back be ok because they are different?
