It's from having such a large alternator in there. With your ECU controlling the engine you shouldn't have any problem with breaking anything. -
If your not getting input voltage it will be the HU and/or RCA's.

If wiring the woofer to 2 ohms the woofer will see total of 500 watts. 250 watts per coil.

Honestly? It's an Eclipse, for a teenage guy. It fits perfectly.

CLD Tiles don't stop panel flex, they only combat panel resonance. The only way to get it to stop flexing is to brace it, steel tubing would work well.

He has some Treo SSX 18's. Tuning won't change from any other enclosure, I'd go 30-40 Hz. depending on your music preferences
