  1. Unless you can weld it perfectly you will have bad coil rub. I'd rebasket it.
  2. Your right about 300 square inches of port, but go smaller than 10 cubes each. I'd go with 7 each, and you'll be very loud

Me too, so when I started at Sears I'd giggle when someone said cac haha

I think SA-12"s off the Stetsom you were looking at, or a SounDigital amplifier would be awesome, especially to take up less space. The enclosure is pretty much the most important part of the whole sub bass system, get a solid design and build it right and you will be more than pleased, and easily bassrace 39.9 class

    I agree with Julian

You can tell he works for Sears I second his Samsung FTW
  17. A lot of people here do designs, did you mean JBL_Camry? Because this is in the Team Decent section, and does great designs.
  18. All of those amps do rated power at 2 ohms except for the MTX which does 1500 at 1 ohm, they are all form reputable companies who make good amplifiers. Buy whatever you think looks best.
  19. Seriously? It's 1500 watts, it won't matter at all. Rockford Fosgate watts aren't any better than Kicker or MTX watts.
  20. Not a bit of Neodymium in there.
  21. Solo-X's thrive on big power
  22. Great progress guys

  24. The internal volume looks much larger than port opening shizz...
  25. Nice vented enclosure
