  1. 4 SSD's would be superior to 3 Q's. Good thinking on the electrical upgrades. Although there is no need for 8 gauge speaker wire. 10 gauge would work fine.
  2. 8 gauge speaker wire?

    I say SAZ-3000D. Or 3500D on two
  4. I'm partial to Kenwood, but I say either one you like best.
  5. Any more than that and you risk unloading (on music).
  6. The Kenwood's should do fine off deck power.
  7. You can only fit .7 cubes in your trunk? Do you drive a Moped?

    Bad news? You know it!
  9. I'm talking about the 4 "ways".
  10. Why sealed?
  11. Well, the Sony's are 50 watts, and 4 way...which is totally useless
  12. The SAZ-1500D puts out about 1,700 watts RMS at 1 ohm. You would run both.
  13. In that box the maximum port area I would go is 68 sq. in.
  14. Just wondering, do you know what watts RMS is?

    Welcome to SSA
  16. Why do you want to put an "SPL" sub in a small sealed enclosure?
  17. Well with TWO dual 1's the amp I would recommend is the Sundown SAZ-1500D
  18. Why are you running the 2500.1 at 1 ohm? It does rated at 2 ohm. Yes the BTL's will take the power, get them fully loaded. I hope you have plans for an electrical system upgrade.
  19. You will gain nothing from switching to a Havoc. Keep your BL.
  20. No, actually I had an amazing day at school and work I don't think you realize how often people ask this question, saying they want loud sound quality; which doesn't exist. oh me too. but i dont work. just school. thought you were old. k well jl w7 is LOUD SOUND QUALITY. so there, loud sound quality does exist. but i dont got the money for that Some people would say I'm old, some would say I'm young. If you really think the W7 is "LOUD SOUND QUALITY" then get a job and buy one, then when you realize you wasted your money you can come back here and listen to us. I think a more appropriate term for what you want is "loud daily" that means you want a loud sound system that can be listened too daily. By no means a sound quality system and not an SPL vehicle.
  21. Something that will to 1,500-1,600 watts RMS at 2 ohms. Kicker 1500.1 would, or a Sundown SAZ-3000D.
