  1. All those mids and one tweet?
  2. Nightshades come loaded; I have Nightshades so I'm biased. jacob designed the Nightshade to compete with the BTL so there isn't much comparison .
  3. Are you worried about sealing the trunk with the box?
  4. I'd say it sounds like a hella fun build
  5. If you want Kicker KS is NOT where it's at. RS, old school SS (If you can snag some), or the new QS that replaced the SS. I personally run SS.

    That's amazing...wow...
  7. 10" Kicker L7, 10" Audiopipe, 12" Nightshade, 15" Crossfire BMF
  8. Steel is less thermally conductive than copper, meaning more power is lost due to heat
  9. Solid brass or copper. NOT steel. I've been using steel for a long time and had absolutely no troubles with it. No point in forking out money for brass / copper bolts. I know it will work, I just prefer to use brass. Because it is more conductive. Agreed it is more conductive. But I want to ask you this : what metal are you using as a negative conductor between your batteries ? Front to rear. I would be more concerned on the conductivity of that before beeing concerned with a 1-2 inch long bolt. You do have a valid point, I just do what I can.
  10. Welcome
  11. I just happen to have one of those sitting on my dresser in my room. Solid batteries, and good site to order from.
  12. Try Mean Green, Excessive Amperage.
  13. So where have you already tried to get an alternator form?
  14. Thats why I started off with (3) 300amp alternators but everyone told me that would be too much for that car. And to tone it down so should I get the (3) 300amp alt's or what??? Three alternators won't fit, good luck with two.

^^^ I can see the terrorist bastards when he throws that at 'em, "Awwww how cute! Lets stop this fighting, it's not worth it. I'm done being a terrorist." *Continues reenacting impossible and childish scenario*
  16. Think of it this way, you need power to make power. SAZ-300D's require a 300 amp external fuse to protect them, that means they will draw upwards of 300 amps, times 2 and you need 600 amps to run those alone, and you will need separate amps to run components, and the rest of your car's functions require about 60 amps. Plan on about 800-1000 amps of current draw.
  17. May I ask why? What makes us so different? I know your not referring to me, but this forum is really awesome. You guys have taught me all kinds of stuff, its really helpful. We all help each other, everyone learns on here
  18. May I ask why? What makes us so different?
  19. You are going to amp the components correct? Alpine will be far superior to Jensen and Dual.
  20. Good enough for mids and highs? You are going to run components off your deck?
  21. Is it just a component set with a crossover?
  22. name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"> If it has the port in the trunk like the one I listed then YES BTW I Was looking at Mr.Officals vids. today. is'nt he hitting 149.9db with those LMS's or is that another setup??? Yes his name is Mike Singer. He won 1st in 149.9 bassrace last year. He burps a 155; and that is with 4 Sundown SAZ-3000D's.
  23. This is a car trust me we get much dumber questions than that. It depends on the number or speakers, and what they are going to be used for.
