  1. the burp only happens when i unplug my mp3 player(phone)
  2. will the burping/popping noise damage the sub

  6. the sound of humming and also pops sounding like someone burping came back again after a while i dont know what is happening
  7. so i just unhook the wires then connected them again and the system has not popped or hummed

  9. yeah so the at 1st the pop only happened when i plugged in the my iphone but after turning up the volume more another pop will happen followed up by a loud humming
  10. whenever i plug in or out my mp3 player into the stereo my Fi Car Audio SSD 12 makes a pop sound .. so when i was playing my music i gradually made the volume louder then all of a sudden the sub will pop and start this loud humming noise.. i dont think i blew it because i played it again and it sounded fine until the pop and humming sound came again

  12. Bicycle... Cool I took my old 6.5 PA Speakers that I used to use at my DJ gigs... Actually the sub sound pretty good while on a bike tried it with one 8 and still sound loud and clear I just need box dimensions for 2 8's dual ported box but like the picture I'm my other post Thanks
  13. Im going to build a system for my bike and i dont know what box dimensions i need i will be using 2 8's and 2 6x9's and a small 400 rms amp the box i was thinking of was with the 2 8's each one on each side and the 6x9's on top of the box ... something like this but with 6x9's

I am going to build an enclosure soon and I don't know what box I should use Which box will get loud and clean a t line or ported , my sub is an Fi Audio SSD 12 any one have plans for either my trunk is 33x21x15 I like the quarter wave t line design but I'll do what you guys think is better Thanks -JJ

  18. thanks nadcicle, so i followed the steps yesterday but left my other settings the same as before like lpf, subsonic, bass boost, etcetera ... the gain i turned all the way down then i switch the input sensitivity to 2v-8v correctly set the gain and when i turned the volume knob about 20% on the headunit the sub got really loud. thanks guys, -JJ
