i like the fact that the clarion is touchscreen since its right by my hands. also seems to have some better featues. will post specs in a sec.

yep dats what I figured. My interior is gona be the following: Tan Tweed carpet Tan Tweed Dash(Upper and Lower pieces) Upper with black/green flames Tan Tweed Headliner with black/green flames 1999 Denali Tan Leather Front Seats and Rear Bench 1999 Denali Tan Console Billet everything that pretty much sums up how the interior is gona be. The exterior is gona be completely shaved with and painted black w/ silver flake and ghost flames(outlined in a faded neon green) or painted black lower half with orion silver upper half with a neon green pin stripe to seperate.

yea you probably have the body style after what I got. the pickups go from 73-87 and the burbs and crew cabs continue until 1991. then the pickups changed styles in 88 and burbs/crew cabs in 92.

eldorado you got pics of what your talkin about. tirefryr he is an example of what my dash looks like. I don't want to move the Jensen to the Denali console because I think it would look all funny and such. So I'm just gona custom mount some monitors and get a hidden dvd player.

well need your guys help. I'm looking for a new HU because of where the HU is located in the burb I can't use my video monitor from jensen. I'm looking at 2 units now. Clarion DXZ865MP or Kenwood XXV-01D which ya'll think I should get?

i have figured up how much deadner I'll need and its scary. 2 layers on the entire floor along with 2 layers on the roof and 2 layers in the back with 1 layer on each door is right around 350 sq ft. Looks like I'll be buying 400 sq ft so I got some extra.

although I will admit its not faster than my weekend warrior

13.30 is faster than both my explorer and burb. Faster than the caddy thats on here. Its faster than most if not all of our dailys on here.

Well since each SX is dual 2 and I'm running 4 I'll be running the 2500Ds at .5 ohms <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Both amps at 1ohm pull 390max current... 2500rms/12.8v=195ax2amps=390a at .5 you are looking at more current draw...probly somewhere in the range of 550a...I am guessing. 1/0 can safely handle 350a max. Id run atleast 2 runs of 1/0. Team pwnage has seen over a full db gain off an extra run of 1/0. 4 would be nice, 8 if you feel froggy...run the grounds directly to the frame too. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> thanks jntar.

well I guess I'll do my 4 runs from the red top then. I've got alot of wiring and bs ahead of me. Anyone care to help? TireFryr? 4 batteries need wired up, need to source a 250 amp alt, have to do 4 runs of 1/0 gauge through 3" pvc along the frame rail, have to do a bunch of grounds. need to buy more 4 gauge and 1/0 gauge wire. and then after all that is done I need my amps and other 3 subs. lol
