  1. I don't recall raising the price of the HDC315 $46
  2. DD has a 4" coil version of the Z with a much stronger motor and larger basket than the present 99 Z; there just hasn't been a need to market it yet.
  3. 4 cubes is too big a box for two AQ10's. The 10's like 1.2-1.5 net ported each. They do very well tuned around 36 for best LSQ and 38-40 for SPL.
  4. I didn't ignore you . I told you we had not tested the amp at 12-13 volts, but the math would indicate around 1800 at around 12.5- 13 volts. After talking with you I decided to have it AP tested at 12 volts I have now had the amp AP tested at an EXACT 12volts with the following results: 1400@12v@1%thd 1800@12v@5%thd 1900@12v@10%thd I wasn't trying to be evasive answering your question; I just don't like to give numbers based on estimates. dj
  5. From talking with Sean it looks like the problem has been traced back to the installation of the HU which Sean did not install. I appreciate Sean's honesty. He called me right away about his findings. When he couldn't get the master amp to operate either he went back over his install and found the HU install problem. The master amp now works perfect. It's a shame this happened but even install shops make mistakes. We will see what the slave amp has to tell us when we open it up.
  6. It actually poped in 10 seconds LOL. We sent him a brand new amp. There always has to be a first one.
