  1. Where can I get one and how much are they?
  2. guess its back to the idea of building a custom bench in the back then so i can put the subs in a proper box
  3. http://www.audiopulse.com/products/passive-radiators/vmp this is the one that i was actually looking at. So since it wouldnt be good in a car i should just scrap the idea then?
  4. hmmm are they ALOT alike? if so i think i might get 2 of them for my install to save a little room
  5. ooooooooo i love you lol have you ever heard them?
  6. and it was like a driver that you could attach to a subwoofer box that was an alternative to porting or sealing a box. I belive it was called an Independant Radiator Driver or something to that nature. It looked like a regular speaker... had a cone and surround and what not but had no motor and i dont belive it had magnets either. So my question is... a.) if anyone knows what the hell im talking about b.) if so have they heard them in action
  7. Well there's 2 options for you... 1. You can go to the Fisher Customs or Pound that Sound part of the forum and request one from those guys... 2. Build your own... Theres alot of information on here about building your own and you can research it a bit and try it out I strongly recomend not buying one off of the shelf at a store as it can damage the sub due to improper tuning and or volume and what not..
  8. the 1000D fits it perfectly but since you are adding the bp power the 1500 wouldnt be bad either just a matter of how much power you wanna put through it
  9. yea dont they overheat alot? not sure about the other problems... you should inform us =) also have you heard of power acoustiks bigjon? i was originally going to buy one of their amps before i bought my kicker 2500zx
  10. look at the sundown amps on the site here like a saz-1500D or even the 1000D
  11. I doubt they would put them in a box for you and ship it out.... I do not have any personal experience with the Q but I don't think i have heard one thing bad about them what so ever. As far as the amp goes... from being on these forums and what not hifonics is a brand to steer clear from because they don't put out as much power as they say they do. I (as alot of people here) would probably recomend the sundown saz-1500D
  12. foil on top of an electrical source? sounds like a blown amp to me or fuses either or... horrible idea =)
  13. ahhh that makes sense... maybe ill invest in 2 of these as well because i just bought a 250a alt
  14. oh that aint too bad... how many would i need if im runnin 2500wrms? or does the amount you runnin not matter. Does it matter how many batteries you have?
  15. excuse my noobishness.... what exactly do they do?
  16. hardly any of the pics worked =(
  17. Hey all! I was wondering your guy's opinion on the best double dinn dvd/cd player with a good customizable EQ, HPF, and LPF (would consider a single with a pop out screen). Any input would be greatly appreciated!
  18. i got my alt for $450... and that was cheaper than the quote i got from HO Alts for a 200 amp alt for $650 oh and i got free shipping from mechman =)
  19. ummm nope =) i got a 2004 hyundai sonata gls with a 2.7L V6
  20. Nope doesnt come with a box and yes they ship to canada =)
